Core Team Leaders shall recruit and oversee a  team and committees needed to serve those ministries and activities assigned for their Core Team.  They shall report to the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and meetings of the Members on the effectiveness and progress on their teams and committees. These Core Teams may have “Committees” as sub-groups of it, e.g., as they incorporate the former PIUM Teams.

· Develop a strategy to show God’s unconditional love to the people in the St. Louis metropolitan area and meeting their physical and spiritual needs.

· Work with Member Congregations and interested individuals to carry out the strategy.

· Nurture partnerships with organizations that have similar goals and objectives.

· Develop a budget for their team and any committees.

· Develop a strategy to develop and track funding for the mission and ministries of the organization.

· Work with and through Member congregations and interested individuals to raise the funds needed to carry out the mission of the organization.

· Work with the Organization Teams and Committees and Board to develop a budget for each.

· Develop a strategy for training and education designed to develop lay leaders in the St. Louis Metro area.

· Work with and through Member Congregations, interested individuals, and organizations to carry out the strategy.

· Report to meetings of the organization on progress toward goals.

· Develop a budget to reach the goals of this core team and any committee needed.

· Work with the other Core Teams to let our Congregations and communities know of the ministries of the organization.

· Develop a strategy to reach out to those people who are living without Jesus Christ in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and bring them into the Church.

· Work with Member Congregations and interested individuals to carry out a strategy for mission outreach.

· Nurture partnerships with organizations that have similar goals and objectives.

· Develop a budget for their team and any committee.
